I wish I had a camera good enough, and I wish I was skilled enough to capture how absolutely spectacular Dunnotar Castle is. OH. MY. GOD. This is without a doubt my favourite castle in Scotland. JUST LOOK AT IT. Crumbling castle ruins from the 1400s, the rough North Sea, history featuring Viking invasions and Jacobite rebellions, it was also the hiding place of the Scottish Crown Jewels when Oliver Cromwell invaded Scotland. It's seen A LOT.
